Voice Over

As a copywriter, I've spent a considerable amount of time in recording studios working with sound engineers and directing voice-over talent. I think being on the other side has given me a greater understanding of how a voice can be utilized, sometimes in the subtlest of ways, and is what now allows me to be a successful voice over actor myself. I learned quickly that it is not just about a "good voice" but a keen understanding of tone, inflection, cadence and emotion that make for a good performance and ultimately, a great spot.

I was born and raised in the United States but in a bilingual/bicultural household. I am one of only a handful of voice-over actors that is a native speaker in both English and Spanish without displaying an accent in either language.
